Objective: Customized e-commerce solution including online catalog, shopping cart, news, and events. User administration module for maintenance of online catalog with products, categories, and brands; news items, events, exclusives and new arrivals. Payment processing using Authorize.net.
Objective: Veterinary Pathology Service with separate administrator, pathologist and clinic modules. The online database makes work easy for customers to manage and keep track of their patient’s results. Pathologists create reports through browser-based forms and upload microspic findings images. Clinics can access their reports online and print. Administrator can create bills for clinics based on reports created by pathologists, maintain users and the necessary fees/charges for billing. When applicable, reports can also be faxed at the touch of a button using GreenFax — a virtual fax service.
Objective: Home Expo website with information on the event and a registration form for users to pre-register. Administrator module where the registrations could be exported from the database and downloaded as a CSV file.
Objective: A home search website which provides property listings search
capability. Administration module where website
manager or individual builders can login and add/modify/delete property listings and
upload images, update of communities and builders, as well as selection of featured properties for display on home page, and update of mortgage rates.
Objective: An online version of the The Apartment Magazine with advertiser property listings, special offers,
and search for apartments capability. Administration module where website
manager can login and add/modify/delete advertiser listings and
upload images, as well as select spotlight property for display on home page.
Objective: An online version of the Experience The British Virgin Islands book with the editorial content, calendar of events,
lodging, shopping, activities, services, and dining advertiser profiles by island. Administration module where website
manager can login and add/modify/delete advertiser profiles and events, as well as a user-friendly form-based interface for the advertisers to submit their information and
upload images.
Objective: An easily updateable website through an administration module with different access levels (managers
and members). St. Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association Members are granted access to add/maintain their business information by the
Association Managers. The Managers maintain access privileges, as well as the ability to review/approve the Members' information. A section
designed exclusively for Travel Agents provides them with targeted information on the members as well as Travel Agent Specials in a special
password protected area of the site.
Objective: The client wanted the ability to create users with different levels of access to different sections
of the website (medical, spas, distributors). Created an administration module to allow the creation of the users and add/delete/update store locations
for a product location finder by zip code.

Client: TheFranchiseDirectory.com (Site no longer available)
Objective: The client wanted the ability to add/delete/update franchise information through an administration module
and user-friendly form-based interface. Also, they wanted a banner rotation script to allow sponsor and spotlight subscribers to be
randomly showcased in special areas of the site. Website information to be provided in two versions of the website: franchise.fm in English
and franquicias.fm in Spanish, all generated from one database.
Objective: E-commerce solution for the sale of Argentine products including online catalog,
shopping cart, recipe and links database, add recipe/link submission pages and more. User administration
module for maintenance of online catalog.

Objective: Surfwear e-commerce solution including online catalog,
shopping cart, photo gallery, dealers and events list. User administration
module for maintenance of online catalog.
Client: Park Square Homes (Original site no longer available)
Objective: Replicate the content on their website in Spanish. Created the images for the site
and navigation, and modified programming to provide the website content in Spanish. Visitors can send individual pages
to friends, save properties on an "information request" list, and submit request for information based on the
list of properties that interest them.
Client: Emerald Island Resort (Site no longer available)
Objective: Design a website for home builder Park Square Homes' Emerald Island Resort
community. The client wanted the ability to provide home listings in the community miraging the
capability I originally programmed for their corporate website, www.parksquarehomes.com. They did not
want to duplicate the database but pull the homes from their corporate database. This was accomplished with the use of XML and WDDX. Visitors can also add to a clipboard
those homes they are interested in. When ready they can request information about their list of homes via e-mail.
Objective: Design and program an online version of the The Map Guide Company, Inc.'s maps of new home communities. The online version
allows visitors to click on the map to view the new homes in each location or to search by map coordinates. Also, developed
a user interface for the client to update the map with new homes.
Objective: A very
simple website with information on who they are, what they
offer and how to contact them. Client wanted to stress the
point that they are in the Caribbean.
